Our talent Tiktok agency TNT Media is one of the fastest growing talent agencies in Indonesia

We are looking for a passionate HR manager to help the agency manage the fast-growing talent pool. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and training, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and general adminstrative work under TNT Media and help make TNT Media a happy working place for our employees

Kualifikasi

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Able to use English fluently in a professional setting
  • Good communication skills
  • Passionate for livestreaming industry
